went to temple just now...

dad accidentally kicked the chair and almost fall down...

luckily my grandma was beside him...

I really almost got heart attack!

He cannot eat meat and oil for 1 week...
vegetarian...

no oil no fish everything NO!

I also dunno what should i cook for him...

no idea...

only can eat biscuit...

seeing he hungry for 1 week...
